Have you received a gift from a loved one and felt bad about it because it was like an insult to you? Only man can give such gifts he is not the source of good gifts. James tells us that every good and perfect gift comes from God. The word “every” says that He is the source of every good gift that you have had and will ever have. This could be wisdom which is the perfect gift you need to navigate life with all its challenges. God’s perfect gift is pure, peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere (James. 3:17). Ask God to give you this perfect gift for His glory and your joy. Without this good gift of wisdom you will conform to this ways of the world

Suggestion for prayer: Ask God for the gift of wisdom that leads to every other good gift.
