As people of integrity, we are called to reject any form of injustice, immorality, or unethical behavior. Isaiah 33:15-16 reminds us that those who live in integrity avoid vices like oppression, fraud, and violence. Living with integrity means rejecting anything that defiles the heart and dishonors God. The qualities of those who walk in integrity is presented in the text. They are people who despise wrongdoing and uphold righteousness. This includes a conscious decision to avoid unethical practices, like taking advantage of others or turning a blind eye to injustice. How do you respond when faced with temptations or situations where you might be encouraged to participate in unethical behavior? Do you stand firm in your values, or are you carried away by the actions of others?
Reflection
Integrity involves a conscious rejection of sin.
Prayer
Suggestion for Prayer: Ask God to help you reject any form of immorality or injustice and to strengthen your commitment to live a life of integrity. Pray for the CBC: Pray for the life, ministry and family of Rev Yem Nicodemus, CBC Field Pastor Limbe Field.
