When we think of hospitality, we often imagine inviting guests into our homes. But Jesus expands that vision. In Matthew 25, He paints a powerful picture: when we welcome the stranger, feed the hungry, clothe the naked, or visit the sick and imprisoned—we are doing it for Him. Hospitality becomes more than service; it becomes a holy service. Jesus identifies so closely with the vulnerable that our response to them is our response to Him. When you serve the overlooked and forgotten, you are not just doing a good deed—you are showing love to Christ Himself. Who are “the least of these” in your community? Can you offer a meal, a visit, or even a kind conversation? Don’t wait for a perfect moment. Serve Jesus today by showing hospitality to those in need—you are welcoming the King in disguise.
Reflection
Hospitality is serving Jesus
