In the final judgment scene of Matthew 25, Jesus surprises His followers by saying He was hidden in the needy they served. Those who welcomed strangers didn’t realize they were welcoming Christ. This tells us something remarkable: every act of hospitality toward the hurting is an encounter with the divine. Hospitality is not just good manners; it's an act of worship. When you open your door, your table, or your schedule to care for others, Jesus is there—receiving that love as if it were given directly to Him. Who is Jesus sending to your doorstep: a neighbor in distress, a lonely church member, a hungry child? Don't miss the sacred opportunity. Serve them with joy, remembering that in every act of hospitality, you are serving Christ Himself
